I bought a sim card and was asked to put it in, but it was said that it could not be used forever, would not move even if asked, and it would take time. Older men solve problems in no time. Without him, I could not use the internet.

We simply requested a SIM card with cellular data service so that my family could use during their visits to southern Italy, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, France, and Spain. The associate took an hour to set us up with a month-long service with 4GB of data for 24 euros, and she adamantly assured us that it would work in each of those countries except for Montenegro. While it did work in Rome and Naples, it did not work anywhere else.

When we did and the man realized what we needed he told us to go to another Tim store downtown. Just because there was no extra sale in it for him. So now we’ve paid for a plan that we can not access. Avoid a Tim plan and go with Vodafone!!
L	Lisa Hepworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good internet reception but would not recommend getting your cell phone SIM card at the airport. We feel misled by the salesman. We were told that the phone would be in service within the hour. We never got phone service! Only internet. Wait until you get to the city. There are literally stores on every other block and they will not make you feel rushed. Prices are better too!

I got a sim card for travel. Price was reasonable for a Canadian. If you are traveling and buying a sim card bring your passport.

He activated the SIM in my phone and made all the required settings so that J was up and running very quickly. Thank you. Highly recommended!
