β β β β β Some months ago, i was three times in this store, and i met the Magician, Luca. I've never seen work so hard and so good like him. He led is collegues, at the same time give a support to 8/10 coustmers. Dear Iliadmanagement i suggest you to give him a manager position. I proposed him,come to work with me in England!?! He said no,anyway i respect your choice,but dear magician if you change your mind im waiting for you.

β β β β β I move Iliad and have never had issues with them! My SIM card was around β¬10 and then I pay β¬7 a month for 50gb of data and unlimited amounts of everything else. I highly recommend and enjoy my experience with Iliad!

β β β β β Nice location in the heart of Rome, near Vatican City. The best mobile company in italy with very good offer. Especially the 120gb for only 9,99. The cuatomer assistant Monalisa was very kindly and nice with us on choosing the best option. Recommended

β β β β β Iliad is the closest thing I've found to an American level of customer service, at a fraction of the cost. As of now I pay 8 euros a month for 50GB of data, with 5GB roaming in the EU. Reception is always great, and I appreciate the option to make monthly payments instead of having to add credits. I recommend them to every expat that comes to Italy.

β β β β β Editing and updating my review---our fourth visit in October 2021, we are still very very pleased. This week Gaetano helped us....his English s great, he was very helpful and thorough ! Their cellular service is very good and prices are very good. I would highly recommend the Iliad on Cola Di Rienzo. They are great and again Gaetano was a great profeesional to deal with!
My third visit to the store βand each time itβs been very very Good experience and efficient, I always spoke to MonaLisa. It was a Good experience and MonaLisaβs English is excellent. (she Itβs also very patient with my attempt to speak Italian to her. ). She is very kind , extremely professional and gets the job done quickly!
I Have been using their cellular service and I am very happy!
MyDaughter is a full-time journalist in Rome has visited the store on my behalf and dealt with a young man and found him to be very goodβ¦ Bottom lineβ¦ Excellent serviceβ¦
