★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto sia una farmacia sita in un luogo centrale e ben fornita , dovrebbero fare più attenzione nel formare il personale. Che alla casa ci siano dei dottori, non vuol dire che sappiano trattare con i clienti . Non si può tollerare che come risposta si faccia del sarcasmo. Si sminuisca il lavoro di altri dottori , ma soprattutto si faccia uso di una “presunta “ superiorità verso chi ti sta difronte , giudicando dal semplice fatto che sta in divisa.
Ci vuole disponibilità e umiltà.
 Although a centrally located and well-stocked pharmacy is, they should be more careful in training staff. The fact that there are doctors at the house does not mean that they know how to deal with clients. One cannot tolerate sarcasm as an answer. Downplay the work of other doctors, but above all make use of an "alleged" superiority towards those in front of you, judging by the simple fact that they are in uniform.
It takes availability and humility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Attentissimi alla Customer Care (cura del Cliente). Tutte le Signore ai banchi accolgono con sorriso e altissima professionalita'. Vastissima scelta di prodotti, ambiente elegante e pulito. Lo stesso dicasi per la sede di Via Cola di Rienzo. Come non ritornarci?? Complimenti!!
Saff very kind and very helpful. Very attentive to Customer Care (customer care). All the ladies at the desks welcome you with a smile and the highest professionalism. Vast choice of products, elegant and clean environment. The same can be said for the headquarters in Via Cola di Rienzo. How not to go back? Congratulations!!

Ho avuto il piacere e la fortuna di parlare con Susanna, la quale mi ha risolto il problema dimostrandosi gentilissima e molto professionale. Non esiterò la prossima volta di fare ordini presso questa farmacia perché è la migliore in assoluto di quelle provate negli ultimi anni
