The boy at the bar is a little too wise. Rudeness, saccenza, arrogance. This they should write on the sign. The doctor (sic) proud and angry. I understand that you have to fight with a varied clientele, but if you don't like it, change jobs.

Per ordinare tre medicine mi hanno tenuta un quarto d'ora al banco (continuando a sostenere che una non esistesse in commercio, cosa che ho verificato e non è vera). Quando sono andata a ritirare le medicine ordinate, la farmacia ha aperto con un quarto d'ora di ritardo. Quando l'ho fatto notare (molto gentilmente) alla farmacista responsabile del ritardo, lei invece di scusarsi mi ha trattato malamente.
Non mi vedranno più!
Unprofessional and very rude. To order three medicines they kept me at the counter for a quarter of an hour (continuing to claim that one did not exist on the market, which I have verified and it is not true). When I went to collect the medicines ordered, the pharmacy opened a quarter of an hour late. When I pointed this out (very kindly) to the pharmacist responsible for the delay, she treated me badly instead of apologizing.
They won't see me again!
