Ho cercato di concordare un nuovo appuntamento, e mi hanno detto che avrebbero richiamato. Dopo due giorni di vana attesa mi sono rivolto a un'altra ditta, e ho fatto bene perché altrimenti starei ancora aspettando.
Bad experience.The technician booked six days before did not show up, without even warning. I tried to arrange a new appointment, and they told me they would call back. After two days of in vain waiting I turned to another company, and I did well because otherwise I would still be waiting.
