a	andrea Sub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in negozio con il libretto della caldaia ariston, come da loro suggerito per acquistate una valvola di sovrapressione (3 bar) pagando 24 euro quando costano mediamente 5 euro. Smontata dal tecnico risulta sbagliata e lo stesso mi compra la valvola corretta facendomi pagare solo 17 euro. Ritorno al negozio dopo 6 giorni dall'acquisto riportandogli la valvola si rifiutano di darmi i soldi spesi dicendomi che dovevo ritornare da loro per farmela sostituire. Premetto che avevo il tecnico a casa e che per andare da loro dovevo fare 40 km andata e ritorno senza avere la certezza che avevano il ricambio. Inoltre mi comunicava che per loro non esisteva il diritto di recesso con tutto che era stato un loro sbaglio. Complimenti. Premetto che ho fatto un osservazione vedendo il pezzo nuovo perché non mi sembrava conforme allo scaldabagno, ma mi hanno assicurato che era importante solo l'attacco della resistenza. Pagato 21 euro! Torno a casa per cambiare...ma naturalmente non era quello giusto! Ritorno e chiedo spiegazioni...mi dicono che non hanno il pezzo originario e che lo devo ordinare... Ma me lo volete dire prima di acquistare un prodotto che non posso utilizzare solo se non compro il suo termostato..quindi altri 8 euro. Quindi ho speso la bellezza di 29 euro...
