★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 23 dicembre, a ridosso delle vacanze natalizie, ho avuto il piacere di vedere lavorare due specialisti del settore come Luca e Capone che hanno installato e fatto la prima accensione della mia nuova caldaia Ariston One net. Tutto perfetto, puntualità, professionalità, velocità e pulizia. Attiverò l'anno prossimo la garanzia +10 (dieci anni) dell'Ariston per avere la possibilità di usufruire della professionalità di Master Clima per la manutenzione ed assistenza sul prodotto.
Oggi 29 dicembre del 2021, ho fatto installare un MiniDos, un sistema anticalcare liquido per la mia caldaia. Nonostante ci fosse poco spazio nel box caldaia, Francesco e Mirko, i tecnici specializzati di MasterClima, hanno trovato, come sempre, una soluzione e portato a termine un ottimo lavoro. Sono sempre più soddisfatto di questa centro assistenza caldaie e climatizzatori che opera con personale altamente professionale.
 On December 23rd, close to the Christmas holidays, I had the pleasure of seeing two specialists working in the sector like Luca and Capone who installed and started up my new Ariston One net boiler for the first time. Everything perfect, punctuality, professionalism, speed and cleanliness. I will activate the Ariston +10 (ten years) warranty next year to have the opportunity to take advantage of the professionalism of Master Clima for product maintenance and assistance.
Today 29 December 2021, I had a MiniDos installed, a liquid descaling system for my boiler. Although there was little space in the boiler box, Francesco and Mirko, MasterClima's specialized technicians, found, as always, a solution and completed an excellent job. I am more and more satisfied with this boilers and air conditioners assistance center which works with highly professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ciao vorrei rinnovare il mio commento, oggi sono rimasto veramente sbalordito dal servizio. Avevo un problema con la caldaia (e con questo freddo ed una bimba potete capire che dramma). chiamo in sede sperando in un miracolo, visto che oggi e' pure venerdi.
mi assiste alberto, una persona eccezionale, lavoro anche io in un centralino e non e'facile assistere tanti clienti mentre invece e'stato gentilissimo e disponibile. e vogliamo parlare del tecnico? emiliano e'venuto a casa ha individuato il problema e risolto in 5 min.che posso dire? super soddisfatto.

ciao, volevo condividere la mia esperienza, ho ordinato la nuova caldaia, ed il giorno dopo sono già venuti ad installarla. Sono venuti willy e capone che oltre essere dei professionisti sono stati di ottima compagnia. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi dalla sede principale ai tecnici che sono venuti a casa. Sono due anni che mi affido a loro ed hanno sempre risolto il problema in tempi brevi ed avendo una bimba a casa, acqua calda e riscaldamento nei momenti freddi, non possono mancare. Quindi grazie per il servizio.
hello I would like to renew my comment, today I was truly amazed by the service. I had a problem with the boiler (and with this cold and a child you can understand what a drama). I call in the office hoping for a miracle, since today is also Friday.
Alberto, an exceptional person, assists me, I also work in a switchboard and it is not easy to assist many customers while instead he was very kind and helpful. and we want to talk about the technician? Emiliano came home, he identified the problem and solved it in 5 minutes. what can I say? super satisfied.

hi, I wanted to share my experience, I ordered the new boiler, and the next day they have already come to install it. Willy and Capone came and, besides being professionals, they were excellent company. Everyone was very kind from the main office to the technicians who came home. I have been relying on them for two years and they have always solved the problem quickly and having a baby at home, hot water and heating in cold moments, they cannot be missing. So thanks for the service.

Avevo problemi da diverso tempo con la mia caldaia Bosch e dopo aver contattato molti centri assistenza non avevo mai risolto il problema.
Mi ero quasi rassegnato poiché nessuno mi risolveva il problema e avevo deciso di cambiarla, anche se la caldaia aveva solo 4 anni di vita.
Chiamo la Master Clima per avere un preventivo alla sostituzione, la ragazza al telefono sentendo che la caldaia non era vecchia mi ha consigliato di far intervenire un loro tecnico per valutare effettivamente se fosse da sostituire.
All’ arrivo del tecnico, il signor Gabriele, individua in poco tempo il problema risolvendolo senza sostituire nessun pezzo ma facendo delle regolazioni .
Spiegandomi che queste regolazioni possono essere fatte solo da centri assistenza ufficiali Bosch come Master Clima.
Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del loro servizio e li consiglio vivamente.
Hi, I wanted to share my experience this morning.
I had been having problems with my Bosch boiler for some time and after contacting many service centers I had never solved the problem.
I was almost resigned as no one solved the problem for me and I decided to change it, even if the boiler was only 4 years old.
I call the Master Clima to get a quote for the replacement, the girl on the phone hearing that the boiler was not old advised me to have one of their technicians intervene to actually evaluate whether it should be replaced.
Upon arrival of the technician, Mr. Gabriele, quickly identifies the problem by solving it without replacing any part but making adjustments.
Explaining that these adjustments can only be made by official Bosch service centers such as Master Clima.
I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

He was so knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything very well. Grazie tante Maurizio, tu sei il boss delle caldaie!!
