★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi in pausa pranzo mi sono recato nel punto vendita Filiale R9 per acquistare delle guarnizioni o-ring; non ho avuto neanche il tempo di terminare la richiesta che sono stato stroncato con un categorico "gli o-ring sono un articolo che non lavoriamo". Stupito di ciò, visto che in tanti anni non mi è mai capitato un negozio di termoidraulica che non venda o-ring chiedo, sempre cortesemente, se avesse potuto indicarmi qualcuno in zona dove comprarne e per la seconda volta sono stato "stroncato" con un ulteriore e sbrigativo "no, non ne ho la minima idea, arrivederci".
Traggo le conclusioni: ognuno è libero di vendere gli articoli che ritiene opportuno ma se avere o-ring in un negozio di termoidraulica è per voi un "optional" non lo deve essere anche la cortesia e l'educazione verso i clienti.
A non rivederci

Altri centri inoltre offrono orari ben più elastici e accessibili, oggi ad esempio che stanno tutti aperti e gli artigiani lavorano loro sono chiusi ("per inventario" che da ancora più fastidio come scusa) dal 28 dicembre al 6 gennaio. Non so quanto potranno reggere sul mercato con questa politica.
