Manca la gentilezza e umiltà e non sono neanche dei geni presumptuous, obnoxious and arrogant with client I absolutely do not recommend them for maintenance or installation of air conditioning systems. They lack kindness and humility and they are not even geniuses

E' un pò macchinoso prendere appuntamento, ma l'intervento è stato perfetto: il tecnico, che peraltro si chiama Angelo, si è comportato da tale; gentile, competente e veloce. Tutto risolto in fretta. Complimenti I had a serious problem with a multi-split conditioner under warranty. a	anna erbetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arroganza e mancanza di professionalità, quanto di meglio per perdere potenziali clienti soprattutto in questo periodo così delicato per i commercianti. Sono tecnici è vero, ma questo non giustifica il fortissimo ritardo negli ordini . D'altronde se le case costruttrici fanno il loro nome per i pezzi di ricambio il cliente ovviamente si rivolge a loro. Peccato che chi dovrebbe scusarsi per i ritardi, sia invece una persona presuntuosa e boriosa che alza la voce al telefono credendo di essere dalla parte della ragione. Se chi legge non conosce il mio nome è solo perché l'ordine in questione era stato fatto dal mio compagno a suo nome. Cmq professionalità e cortesia dovrebbero viaggiare di pari passo. They are technicians it is true, but this does not justify the huge delay in orders. On the other hand, if the manufacturers name their spare parts, the customer obviously turns to them. Too bad that those who should apologize for the delays are instead a presumptuous and arrogant person who raises his voice on the phone believing he is on the right side.
