I went to buy a spare part for a gas machine, and I got the answer that the parent company no longer produces it. I asked if it was possible to find a compatible one and the answer was no. The next day I bought it on Amazon.

Neanche farlo apposta sono dovuto andare a Roma due giorni dopo per cui ho chiesto di poter ritirare il materiale di persona. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ha accettato. Consigliatissimo!
I needed spare parts (unavailable here in Bergamo) and I found them online in this shop. Not even doing it on purpose I had to go to Rome two days later so I asked to be able to collect the material in person. The owner was very nice and accepted. Highly recommended!
