★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto, molto lenti nel reperire un ricambio. Sono passati undici giorni dal mio pagamento e il ricambio non arriva. Dopo tre mie email senza risposta, pare abbiano atteso diversi giorni per fare l'ordine del mio ricambio per "mandare abbastanza ordini insieme". Consiglio di mettere in conto diverse settimane di attesa dopo il pagamento!
They are very, very slow in finding a replacement. Eleven days have passed since my payment and the replacement does not arrive. After three of my unanswered emails, it seems they have waited several days to place my replacement order to "send enough orders together". I recommend to charge several weeks of waiting after payment!

Tempistica perfetta, sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenze nel miglior modo possibile limitando i disagi del guasto (lavatrice) nel minor tempo possibile, cambiando i pezzi sul posto e lasciando l'area di lavoro pulita. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione in futuro per eventuali guasti
Great service, I wouldn't call it cheap but fair and correct. The employees, whom I thank again, were punctual, precise and professional. Perfect timing, they met my needs in the best possible way by limiting the inconvenience of the breakdown (washing machine) in the shortest possible time, changing the pieces on the spot and leaving the work area clean. Definitely to be taken into consideration in the future for any failures
