Non capisco perché scrivano 7/10 giorni lavorativi quando qui si tratta di un mese. Inoltre mandano solo una email con scritto che l' ordine é in ritardo, così puoi scegliere se aspettare ( 5 giorni lavorativi che ormai sono passati ) oppure chiedere il rimborso. Prossima recensione all'arrivo del prodotto, speriamo che non c siano altre sorprese. Ordered iPhone 13 pro on February 16th ... It hasn't arrived yet and we're on March 10th. I don't understand why they write 7/10 working days when it is a month here. Furthermore, they only send an email saying that the order is late, so you can choose whether to wait (5 working days which have now passed) or ask for a refund. Next review upon arrival of the product, we hope there are no more surprises.

Ottimo servizio, prezzo e tempistica. Personale competente, gentile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti, da 6 stelle. Ordered iPhone 12 128gb on 04/14/2022. Arrived not even a week later! Plus, they mounted the protective glass in place for me for free! Great service, price and timing. Competent, kind and helpful staff. I recommend to everyone, from 6 stars.

Non essendo arrivati i telefoni, ieri mattina abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti che ci ha detto che occorrono ancora altri 10 giorni per avere i telefoni. E' inaccettabile se si considera che i soldi (più di € 2.500) sono stati incassati da oltre 20 giorni e che se avessimo saputo i reali tempi di consegna, che non sono certo quelli indicati sul sito, non avremmo acquistato da questo negozio. BAD EXPERIENCE My husband bought and paid no. 2 iphone 13 pro on 3.2.2022 with delivery expected within 7/10 working days. As the phones did not arrive, yesterday morning we contacted customer service who told us that it still takes another 10 days to get the phones. It is unacceptable considering that the money (more than € 2,500) has been collected for over 20 days and that if we had known the real delivery times, which are certainly not those indicated on the site, we would not have bought from this shop.

Comunque se non si ha necessità immediata del prodotto direi che ne vale la pena visti i prezzi molto competitivi. L'assistenza risponde alle chiamate. È la seconda volta che acquisto telefoni da loro e devo dire che a parte i tempi di consegna un pochino lunghi per il resto nulla da dire. Prodotti originali e corrispondenti alla descrizione. Sento periodicamente il servizio clienti che con qualche insistenza, ma mantenendo sempre la gentilezza, mi hanno risposto dicendo che non dipende a da loro, ma dalla mancata produzione di smartphone dell'azienda. Non mi fido e contatto la Samsung. Mi rispondono che è vero, mancano i microchip e non sapevano dirmi quando il prodotto sarebbe tornato disponibile...aspetto. Ogni tanto mi faccio vivo con il servizio clienti. Gentili. Ad inizio Febbraio mi contattano dicendo che non è più corretto mantenere il mio acquisto e che mi avrebbero restituito i soldi. Propongo un cambio ed il giorno dopo mi arriva il Samsung s20 che era disponibile. Per me è stata comunque un esperienza positiva. I have to tell what happened to be objective. I bought a Samsung a72 for black Friday, late November ... and it hasn't arrived. I periodically hear the customer service that with some insistence, but always maintaining kindness, they answered me saying that it does not depend on them, but on the lack of smartphone production of the company. I don't trust and contact Samsung. They replied that it is true, there are no microchips and they could not tell me when the product would be available again ... I wait. Every now and then I call up with customer service. Kind. At the beginning of February they contact me saying that it is no longer correct to keep my purchase and that they would give me my money back. I propose a change and the next day I get the Samsung s20 which was available. However, for me it was a positive experience.
