Ha gestito una situazione difficile con cliente maleducato e presuntuoso rimanendo civile e provando ad abbassare i toni con spigliatezza e solarità, quando ultimamente in questa tipologia di negozi (della zona e non) si trovano solo commessi che rispondono a tono. Mi ha consigliato diverse soluzioni al problema per il quale ero entrata e posso dire solo che tornerò sempre e solo qui. Ovunque mi avevano risposto di chiamare il servizio clienti senza ulteriori repliche. Lei non solo ha risolto il problema, ma mi ha aiutata e consigliata. In un mondo di persone che devono vendere per forza, avere una consulente così preparata è una rarità. Il telefono a Settembre, data prevista per il mio cambio piano, lo comprerò sicuramente da lei e tornerò anche per gli altri servizi che offre il negozio. Cari "venditori" imparate dal negozio di Viale Somalia: trattate bene il cliente problematico e sarà vostro cliente per sempre. Io non cambio più.
