Oltre ad avermi consigliato bene sugli inchiostri, mi ha aiutato a capire come usare la mia MontBlanc. Solo dopo aver lasciato il negozio mi sono accorto di aver pagato un prodotto più del prezzo di listino sfogliando il catalogo online. Tornato al negozio l’errore è stato sistemato sul catalogo del negozio e mi sono stati rimborsati i soldi ma tendendo lo sconto. Molto professionale The owner was very nice and gave me all the time I needed. In addition to giving me good advice on inks, it helped me understand how to use my MontBlanc. Only after leaving the shop did I realize that I had paid more than the list price for a product by browsing the online catalog. Back at the shop, the error was fixed in the shop catalog and I was refunded the money but offering the discount. Very professional

Una volta consegnato il regalo la persona che l’ha ricevuto mi ha fatto notare che in parte dell’incisione mancava il colore. Così l’ho riportata il giorno stesso e a 15 giorni dalla riconsegna il risultato è quello visibile in foto. La penna é stata utilizzata pochissimo e il colore ha iniziato ad andar via subito dopo la riconsegna ma mi è stato comunicato solo ora. Sono dispiaciuto per il fatto di aver scritto questa recensione che parrebbe essere l’unica recensione negativa per questa attività, ma sono altrettanto dispiaciuto perché per la cifra spesa non pensavo di ricevere un servizio/prodotto così mediocre. I bought a Montblanc to give a graduation gift to a loved one and I requested an engraving of which I am attaching photos. Once the gift was delivered, the person who received it pointed out to me that part of the engraving was missing color. So I brought it back the same day and 15 days after delivery, the result is the one visible in the photo. The pen was used very little and the color started to go away soon after it was returned but it has only been communicated to me now. I am sorry for the fact that I have written this review which seems to be the only negative review for this business, but I am equally sorry because for the amount spent I did not think I would receive such a mediocre service / product.
