L	Lubna Hossain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete bisogno di un'informazione, entrate, chiedete sarete sicuramente soddisfatti : operatore gentile ed efficiente... come tutti i negozi anche loro hanno tutte le possibili offerte, la differenza è che io per la mia esperienza mi sono trovata a mio agio, mi hanno lasciato spiegare il problema che ho avuto e poi mi hanno pazientemente spiegato i vari motivi e poi con calma mi hanno aggiustato la situazione! Anzi spero che lo store fallisca presto!!!! I have to change my mind !! Guys are "very nice" when they have to close a contract but once closed they are of a unique rudeness. Never again! K	Katia Regina da Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recata al negozio Wind Tre di Viale Libia a Roma, per avere notizie su un mio rimborso e, con mia grande sorpresa, ho avuto pessimo trattamento da parte del funzionario Luca, il Responsabile, il quale, pur di chiudere il contratto con me, ha raccontato molte bugie: dall'orario per fissare l'appuntamento con il tecnico, alla tempistica sul mio rimborso, che da 60 giorni ora sono diventati 180! In pratica, dovrò aspettare 6 mesi per riavere 60€ sul mio conto. Wind per me è sempre stata una compagnia telefonica poco onesta e, dopo questo episodio, continuo a pensarlo più che mai. This morning I went to the Wind Tre shop in Viale Libia in Rome, to get news about my refund and, to my great surprise, I was badly treated by the official Luca, the Manager, who, in order to close the contract with me, he told many lies: from the time to fix the appointment with the technician, to the timing on my refund, which from 60 days has now become 180! Basically, I will have to wait 6 months to get 60 € back into my account. Wind for me has always been an unethical telephone company and, after this episode, I continue to think so more than ever.

G	Giuseppina Scotto di tella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non positiva..Un loro collaboratore ha contattato qualche settimana fa mia figlia , poiché interessata all ' acquisto di un telefono di una certa importanza, riferendo la possibilità di avere il telefono solo con un IBAN che poteva essere sia di un conto corrente bancario che di una normale Postepay su cui far passare mensilmente l importo di euro 40 che prevedeva la Rata e la promozione inclusa .Morale della Favola che dopo essere stati nel negozio 40 minuti per questa procedura, si doveva fare il finanziamento per l acquisto non era come era stato detto telefonicamente, addirittura a detta di chi ha telefonato anche una casalinga o chi non aveva un lavoro in regola avrebbe potuto prendere il telefono.Mi chiedo le persone che lavorano per questa catena da chi vengono formate. Volevo passare a WindTre da un operatore concorrente ma me ne sono dovuto andare perché ero assalito da un mix di stress e ansia già dopo mezz'ora di nulla cosmico. Il commesso non riesce a gestire il flusso di viale Libia. Ce ne vorrebbero almeno tre in un negozio su una strada simile.
