★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta al negozio perché il telefono mi crushava..abbiamo provato più soluzioni,cambiato pezzi e fatto tentativi,ogni volta sono stati gentili,disponibili,rapidi ma soprattutto onesti finché non abbiamo trovato la soluzione definitiva.
Il telefono funziona,sono davvero soddisfatta e loro sono davvero competenti e cortesi..spero di non averne bisogno a breve ma ho un punto di riferimento per qualsiasi problema futuro.
 I went to the shop because the phone crushava me .. we tried more solutions, changed pieces and tried, every time they were kind, helpful, quick but above all honest until we found the definitive solution.
The phone works, I am really satisfied and they are really competent and courteous .. I hope not to need them soon but I have a point of reference for any future problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato da Simone un Samsung S7 per la sostituzione dell'altoparlante. Pezzo subito a disposizione...sono andato , sostituito il pezzo e dopo 20 minuti avevo il telefono pronto. Il tutto ad un prezzo più che concorrenziale. Lo consiglio vivamente. E anche per la gentilezza!
I brought a Samsung S7 to Simone to replace the speaker. Piece immediately available ... I went, replaced the piece and after 20 minutes I had the phone ready. All at a more than competitive price. I highly recommend it. And also for kindness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un Samsung A40, da un po' aveva difficoltà a rilevare il connettore per la ricarica. Lo porto ad aggiustare e mi dicono che con 40euro l'avrebbero riparato. Bellissimo, se non fosse che una settimana dopo non si carica di nuovo. Torno e mi viene detto che è un difetto di fabbrica e mi fa vedere che per caricarlo basta premere sul vetro. Passa un mese e il vetro si rompe. Chiaramente non era quello il modo....

Mi consiglia sempre per il meglio e spesso mi ha consigliato anche contro il suo stesso interesse facendomi risparmiare soldi che avrei speso inutilmente. Nel quartiere è l'unico negozio Wind dove ti danno retta ed hanno sempre un sorriso. Ci ho riparato una marea di cellulari che dopo non hanno mai più dato problemi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio per cambiare lo schermo del mio Huawei. Hanno sostituito lo schermo con un pezzo non originale, pessimo lavoro svolto tant'è che il touch mi crea problemi e in controluce si vedono delle strisce/punti bianchi. Sono dovuta tornare 4 volte al negozio, una volta si sono tenuti il telefono perché avevano detto che era arrivato il pezzo da cambiare, torno dopo 4 ore a prendere il telefono e non avevano fatto nulla perché in realtà il pezzo non era arrivato. Mi dicono di ripassare il giorno dopo, il giorno dopo passo ma il pezzo arrivato era rovinato (avrebbero potuto fare un colpo di telefono e avvisare senza farmi andare inutilmente). Il giorno successivo, a lavoro svolto, il titolare chiede a me il prezzo perché non si ricordava quanto mi aveva detto. Poco professionali.
I have been to this shop to change the screen of my Huawei. They replaced the screen with a non-original piece, bad work done so much so that the touch creates problems for me and against the light you can see white stripes / dots. I had to go back to the shop 4 times, once they kept the phone because they said that the piece had to be changed, I went back after 4 hours to get the phone and they hadn't done anything because the piece hadn't really arrived. They tell me to go over the next day, the day after step but the piece arrived was ruined (they could have made a phone call and warned without letting me go unnecessarily). The next day, after work, the owner asked me the price because he did not remember what he had said. Unprofessional.
