Portato Iphone per problematica al microfono, ero stato da altre parti dove subito mi avevano liquidato dicendo che dovevo sostituire un pezzo. Qui invece hanno ascoltato la problematica e risolto il problema in 5 minuti senza dover cambiare nulla...si trattava solo di sporcizia accumulata. Che dire l'onestà è premiata, sicuramente tornerò.

Brought Iphone to the microphone for problems, I had been elsewhere where they immediately liquidated me saying that I had to replace a piece. Here, on the other hand, they listened to the problem and solved the problem in 5 minutes without having to change anything ... it was just accumulated dirt. What about honesty is rewarded, I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima professionalità. Personalmente non ho mai conosciuto persone così competenti (e allo stesso tempo disponibili) in questo settore. In questi anni mi è capitato di rivolgermi ad HD8 per svariate esigenze hardware (dal banale vetro rotto del tel a problemi ben più complessi) ed ho sempre avuto risposte rapide, ESTREMAMENTE competenti, e soprattuto oneste.
Great professionalism. Personally, I have never known such competent (and at the same time available) people in this sector. In these years I have happened to turn to HD8 for various hardware needs (from the banal broken glass of the tel to much more complex problems) and I have always had quick, EXTREMELY competent, and above all honest answers.

I live outside Rome, by chance I came across this shop, where I found professionalism, honesty and a great ability to understand the small and big problems that afflict "technology incompetents" like me, solving them quickly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questo negozio dopo una disavventura con una riparazione al mio pc che l’aveva messo ko. Il mio pc ora è tornato a funzionare meglio di prima . Mi è stato spiegato il lavoro che è stato fatto ed il perché in poche , semplici e comprensibili parole.
Sono davvero soddisfatta , oltre ad essere molto professionali sono davvero onesti.

I turned to this shop after a mishap with a repair to my pc that had knocked it out. My pc is now back to working better than before. I was explained the work that was done and why in a few simple and understandable words.
I am really satisfied, besides being very professional they are really honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colleghi ed amici del quartiere (Africano) mi hanno vivamente consigliato questo negozio di assistenza per la loro professionalità e soprattutto per l'onestà. Ed ora posso confermare tutto ciò di positivo dettomi di loro tanto da consigliare anch'io questo piccolo ma magico laboratorio.
Davide è un grande lavoratore, onestissimo, competente e professionale. L'enorme passione che ha per il suo lavoro la dimostra nel risolvere sempre qualsiasi problema tecnico tu abbia ed in particolar modo nella chiarezza delle spiegazioni di tutto ciò che fa e di qualsiasi tuo dubbio informatico. Difficile trovare un abile tecnico così paziente, lineare, chiaro, disponibile e ripeto onesto specialmente nei confronti di clienti poco competenti del settore.
Mi ha riparato, pulito e potenziato sia un PC HP fisso AIO di 23' del 2013 e sia un Notebook Toshiba SA del 2010 che stavo quasi per abbandonare. Ebbene grazie a Davide sono diventati come nuovi, ho di nuovo due PC velocissimi, insomma due bombe a prezzi contenuti!!!
E per concludere ora sta anche cercando di ripararmi un telecomando di una tv!!! Eccezionale!!
Sono veramente contenta e soddisfatta del lavoro svolto e specialmente di aver trovato un punto di riferimento informatico del quartiere.

Colleagues and friends from the (African) neighborhood strongly recommended this service shop to me for their professionalism and above all for their honesty. And now I can confirm all the positive things I said about them so much that I too recommend this small but magical workshop.
Davide is a hard worker, very honest, competent and professional. The enormous passion he has for his work proves it in always solving any technical problem you have and in particular in the clarity of the explanations of everything he does and any of your computer doubts. It is difficult to find a skilled technician who is so patient, linear, clear, helpful and honest again, especially towards customers who are not very competent in the sector.
He fixed, cleaned and upgraded both a 23 'HP AIO fixed PC from 2013 and a 2010 Toshiba SA Notebook that I was about to abandon. Well thanks to Davide they have become like new, I have two very fast PCs again, in short, two bombs at low prices !!!
And to conclude, now he is also trying to fix a TV remote control for me !!! Awesome!!
I am really happy and satisfied with the work done and especially to have found an IT point of reference in the neighborhood.

Un computer del 2011 è diventato nuovo. Avvisato della spesa prima di effettuare il lavoro, niente sorprese. Onestà e professionalità. Consigliato
