★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che entro in questa farmacia, non c'e' mai un minimo di organizzazione, ordini una cosa, ne arriva un'altra. La mia fidanzata ha ordinato un farmaco e ne hanno dato un altro. Basta, non ci entriamo mai più, ci sono farmacie molto più organizzate e veloci nei paraggi.
Every time I enter this pharmacy, there is never a minimum of organization, you order one thing, another comes along. My fiancee ordered a drug and they gave another one. Enough, we never go there again, there are much more organized and faster pharmacies nearby.

Fila mostruosa, nessuno che dia indicazioni.
Ricevo le prime indicazioni dalle persone in fila. Indicazioni ovviamente sbagliate.
Non si rispettano le prenotazioni perché una volta arrivatici si mette in fila normalmente e nessuno chiede l'orario di prenotazione.
Prima si fa il tampone e poi si paga.
Questo vuol dire che si devono fare due file chilometriche, la prima per poter effettuare il tampone e la seconda per poter ritirare il referto e contestualmente pagare.
Tutto questo senza nessuno che spieghi né la possibilità di entrare in farmacia, luogo recluso prima dell'esito negativo del tampone.
Scandalosa la mancanza di tatto di coloro che effettuano i tamponi.
Sconcertante che io abbia dovuto assistere ad un "corso di formazione" in diretta poiché c'è stato un cambio di guida alla cassa che ha allungato la fila di ulteriori 20 minuti.

I went to this pharmacy to have a COI swab. I booked online, the only way to access this service.
Monstrous row, no one giving directions.
I get the first indications from the people in line. Obviously wrong indications.
Reservations are not respected because once you get there, you queue up normally and no one asks for a reservation time.
First you do the swab and then you pay.
This means that you have to do two kilometric lines, the first to be able to swab and the second to be able to collect the report and pay at the same time.
All this without anyone to explain or the possibility of entering the pharmacy, a confined place before the negative result of the swab.
Scandalous is the lack of tact of those who perform tampons.
Disconcerting that I had to attend a live "training course" as there was a driver change at the cash desk which lengthened the line by a further 20 minutes.
Not recommended!
