Mi sono incuriosita, sono andata sul sito e li ho contattati per un preventivo. La Dott.ssa Paola Perrone ci ha fatto un’ottima impressione al primo incontro ed è diventata subito la nostra Amministratrice! Una Società seria e trasparente. Consigliati!? Per il resto il nulla piu totale anzi solo disagi nonostante i pagamenti puntuali delle rate del condominio. Sconsiglio vivamente Apparently good and professional just to get the job. Si sono presentati come i creatori dell App mio condominio, che per carità ottima Invenzione, ma a conti fatti inutile se si pensa che la gestiscono a caso, per non dire a comodo loro, non avendo dati alla mano o certezza su questa affermazione la suppongo pensando male. L inizio della gestione molto buono, ma premetto che venivamo da precedente amministrazione pessima con amministratrice che c ha solato 40 e passa mila euro, a dire della Kondò, che poi alla fine non abbiamo capito se ci sono altri soli da saldare, ce lo dirà il nuovo amministratore, dato che Kondò sé dimessa e non si sono presentati alla riunione, indetta dopo 18 mesi dall'ultima, che va bene il covid, va bene che possono averlo avuto, ma non rispondere a mail e PEC a domande lecite e risposte..? ... No comment. Voglio pensar male, sono anche avvocati, sapranno come muoversi a discapito del condomino, booh. Mi fermo qui, so altre cose e ne suppongo altre, ma mi mancano dei tasselli per affermare anche con certezza la poca professionalità, voglio sempre dare il beneficio del dubbio. Peccato. G	Geppo martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi a presentarsi e farsi eleggere Amministratori, superbi nell’ignorare chiamate, mail, p.e.c, messaggi ecc.. ma puntuali nell’’incassare il compenso mensile, peccato per le ditte che pur avendo emesso fattura non sono state pagate. Mai visto un comportamento così scortese, scostante e offensivo nei confronti dei condomini che sono stati ignorati completamente. SCONSIGLIATI VIVAMENTE!!! Hanno bloccato i numeri di tutti i condomini, sul sito dopo segnalazioni di guasti non rispondevano mai, hanno creato insoluti con i fornitori nonostante il condominio fosse solvente. Pessima esperienza, speriamo di non aver più a che fare con queste persone !ad essere delicati dire poco professionali è fargli un complimento!
