La prenotazione è facile ma il test viene eseguito con scarsa professionalità nella raccolta del campione e nel rapporto con la clientela, lasciando tutto in una gran confusione. Dopo aver chiamato per sollecitare la ricezione del referto sono stata trattata in maniera sbrigativa e maleducata dal personale dei tamponi. Avevo avuto una buona esperienza con la farmacia ma dell ora pessima con il servizio dei tamponi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roman or Italian pharmacies and beyond often have an actual doctor or some medical professional on staff. It’s not the same as American pharmacy where you can self guide, many medicines you must ask for and they’ll help you and often pick the medicine for you! For example I wanted Rolaids or antacid, well I had to ask and they simply pulled their version from a drawer, no options just antacid plain and simple. I will note it worked well I took it back to the states actually! Anyhow this is a clean and professional pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy, fast, cheap, and with English translation. The results came in 20 min. Price 15€. I was really surprised. Guys, if you're a tourist I totally recommend. Oh and guess what, they understand English language :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a rapid COVID test for travel the next day and came across the 2 white tents outside this pharmacy. You have to go inside the pharmacy and pay the 15 euros per test. They asked to see our passports because they include the passport number in the results page. We only waited in line for about 15-20 minutes for the test. Results were emailed within 2 hours.
