Ho fatto tre tamponi 35 minuti ed ero sola la prima volta, 45 minuti ed eravamo in due, la terza volta sempre sola 25 minuti e sono anche dovuta tornare perché era sbagliato l'orario. Ho voluto dargli fiducia ma mai più. Ci vorrebbe un po di organizzazione. Non si possono fare tamponi, servire, e rispondere al telefono. Se si comincia con un cliente/paziente bisogna finirlo e non fare altre cose. Ci sono sempre almeno 3 persone all'interno della farmacia ma non collaborano ed in tre non riescono a portare a termine in tempi brevi. Faccio tamponi 3 volte a settimana e ci vogliono dai 3/5minuti per prendere i dati (terminali permettendo), due per pagare abbondano a 10 per tutto. ?We are not really on the tampons. I wanted to trust him but never again. It would take some organization. You can't swab, serve, and answer the phone. I swab 3 times a week and it takes from 3/5 minutes to get the data (terminals permitting), two to pay are abundant at 10 for everything.

Per fortuna accettano la ricetta via email e via whatsapp e devo solo andare per ritirare. I go to this pharmacy because it is the only one that prepares veterinary galenic preparations, but it is out of the area for me. Luckily they accept the recipe via email and whatsapp and I just have to go to collect.

Personale competente e educato, hanno sempre tutti i farmaci o li fanno arrivare in tempi molto stretti, fanno tante preparazioni galeniche e sono molto forniti anche su creme, cosmetica in generale e alimenti speciali. Ho avuto occasione di fare da loro anche il tampone covid e la dottoressa è stata attenta e precisa, risultato ricevuto dopo pochi minuti. A proper pharmacy. Tutto molto ben organizzato all'interno e personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
