Davanti a me una ragazza in attesa dell'esito del tampone, chiedo di poter fare anch'io un tampone, mi viene risposto (anche in maniera stizzita) che i tamponi si fanno solo su prenotazione sul sito boots. Faccio come mi dice lì davanti all'ingresso e faccio presente che l'unica disponibilità sul sito sarebbe per l'indomani a Spinaceto, cioè a 30 km di distanza. Ancora più stizzita la stessa persona mi dice che è così e basta. Complimenti per l'attenzione al pubblico, non gli sarebbe costato nulla farmi un tampone, visto che ne aveva fatto uno 5 minuti prima e non c'era nessuno in fila. 19.00. Quindi ne parlo con la persona che mi fa il tampone e mi dice 'si sieda, facciamo il tampone'. Poco professionali, peccato. Inoltre avevo pagato per un tipo di tampone e me ne hanno fatto un altro. La persona in cassa non deve avere comunicato con chi faceva i tamponi. Chi faceva i tamponi mi ha detto che avrei dovuto ricordarlo io prima di eseguire il tampone. Poco professionali. Peccato. She assured me that the soles were "universal" after I said I had big feet. I purchased the product and sat down to try it. I then realized that it was too small so I tried to return it and the manager didnt let me, since I had opened the package, even though THEIR employee was the one who encouraged me into getting that specific model and not the male one. The employee then admitted she wasnt understanding my questions even though she replied yes to all of them.
