Dovrebbero stare dalla parte dei consumatori, e invece chiami, ti risponde un volontario che non sa niente, e ti dice di chiamare a un numero 899 A PAGAMENTO. Se è uno scherzo per favore ditelo. A shame. They should be on the side of consumers, and instead you call, a volunteer who knows nothing answers you, and tells you to call an 899 PAID number. If it's a joke please say so.

Risultato: Una centralinista mi ha detto che questi ricorsi (chiamate action) sono solo un modo per acquisire denaro e clientela. Vi consiglio di NON ABBONARVI con loro. In 2012 I filed an appeal with them for the presence of arsenic in the water of Ardea, Pomezia and Anzio in the province of Rome. Result: A receptionist told me that these appeals (called actions) are just a way to acquire money and customers. I advise you NOT to SUBSCRIBE with them.

Nonostante fossi socio, errore madornale, per ottenere informazioni dovrei chiamare un numero a pagamento (0,50 € min.) spiegare la problematica per poi fissare un appuntamento ad una sede indicata da loro.....? Alla domanda sono socio perché dovrei pagare per una semplice richiesta di informazioni..... La raccolta fondi è per il covid???? oggi...... F	Franco Palmisan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente Dopo aver preso l'8 per 1000, adesso chiedono il contributo Covid.... chiamando il numero fisso, ti dicono di chiamare il numero a pagamento. Mandi una mail e non rispondono....se non rispondono nemmeno ad una mail di un socio.....il prossimo anno niente 8 per 1000!!! Probabilmente seguono solo i progetti che lo status di associazione per i consumatori gli concede...ma i problemi ci dei piccoli soci?
