J	Jenny Armstead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid extra for an early entry to the Vatican (7:45) but didn’t get in until past 9:00am, by which time it was open to the public and rammed with about 30,000 other people. Tour guide was nice and informative, but the tour company offered no refund or any apology for false advertisement. Would not recommend booking with Romaround tours.
R	Rickard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 euro for a tour to the Vatican. You get 40 minutes information at the store. Then had to wait in line for 50 minutes to get in. We'll inside you get headphones and radio so you hear the guide but the sound quality is poor. Did not find the guides tour valuable enough and it became more stressful. You're better of reading about the Vatican and then get there early before 8am, or buy ticket in advance online.
R	Rachael Gaynor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a 9:30 am tour (we had to leave for our train at 12:00). Tour didn’t meet until 10:10. With additional waiting times (this was the fault of the Vatican, not the company) we didn’t get in until 11:00 am. Tour guide was wonderful, but we didn’t have time to enjoy any of it. The company did not give even a partial refund (only offered to give a full refund if we didn’t enter the Vatican). I’m sure there are much better and on-time companies out there.

Most companies also charge for the backseat passenger what makes it all quite expensive. In the end we decided to do the tour ourselves without a guide. The scooters were great and so was the service. We really enjoyed.
R	Rennie Curran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting Rome was ruined by visiting this place. We were trying to rent a scooter for just an hour to see a few of the beautiful sites. With a scooter right in front of their establishment that said “for rent”, they said they could not rent to us. When we said we only needed it for one hour, a male worker said they could only rent it out for a full day. After he left, we walked back in and a female worker said 3 hour minimum. After we said we would pay for the 3 hours, she said they would be closing soon. We said perfect, we will only need it for an hour. She said no even though there was plenty of time until they closed. They were very dismissive and unwelcoming to us and much nicer to other people behind us. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with them.

The humour was also on point. Thank you. We also visited ten Vatican with Maria again brilliant. Skipping the queues on hot days with a guide... In our opinion so worth the money.

Excellent to fo on the collessuim floor VIP entrance then into the rest from there, there guide was ok but did not allow time for pictures and English was not great. Part 2 at the exit we met Scott who then continued to the forum... well what can I say he knew his stuff and made the whole experience great. Worth the money. So we booked for the Vatican museum, sistine and privilege entrance bost peters basilica. Thu, we have just done the tour for Vatican, and this was hosted by Monica who was very good, luckily we had a small group of 15 which is not normal as in the peak we were told it could be up to 40 or so. The Vatican detail on the tour was great, it was of course warm but Monica kept us out of the sun well. Thanks
R	Ross w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Colosseum/Roman forum & Vatican tour over 2 days. Excellent insight into each location with informative tour guides. Unfortunately can not remember the names of the 2 blokes that carried out the tours, but both were very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend using this company if you're visiting Rome.
