★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip-off alert!!! Entrance to the Vatican museum costs €17.00, this place charged me €59.00. They claim it’s in part, to skip the line - there is no line!!! Save your money! Don’t get ripped off!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent company, brilliant staff, definitely book a guided tour as this is the best way to get to know what you are looking at. We booked Sistine Chapel, Basillica and Vatican tour, it was amazing has to be seen. Booked Colosseum & Forum tour after the first tour for the next day. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and very patient, did not rush round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lied to me and my sister by saying the Vatican museum doesn't sell tickets anymore. That they are sold out which was not truth at all.
A woman told us that she was working as a museum staff membre and that she could help us "find" tickets.
When we arrive at City Rome Tours she told us to pays 56€ for the two of us and when I asked her what was exactly the price for one person and what it incluses she started shouting at me. Being in a hurry and because we felt intimidated we paid and they told us to come back at 13:55 cause the visite will start at 14.
So we went for a coffee while waiting half an hour.
We are right in time ans the time past and no won came to take us.
So I went inside the "agence" to ask if everything was ok and if the person incharge of us will come soon. The owner and coworker didn't answer my questions and just told me to wait outside. I told them nicely that we had an appointment after the visit and that it was really important for us to be on time. And just repeated that I should wait outside.
So I got out and at 14:15 one of the coworker comes out and immediately tells me "You should take tour time or you will miss everything. So juste wait"
So basically the personne that pressures me to fastly pay a ticket that a have no information about, insist on the hour I have to come back on and charges me the double of the price of a normal ticket (a ticket is 17€/person when we paid 28€/person) tells me that it is my fault when he is the one being late? This guys is a genius!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty despicable company. I bought a guided tour from their affiliate and they would not honor it, claiming it was much more expensive in fact. I then just asked for a ticket to the Vatican as I’d already paid, and I was given one, and they marked up the price 14 euro, which is almost twice what they cost had I just went directly to Vatican. I hate companies that take advantage of tourists and don’t honor what tourists buy from their affiliates. Steer clear.
