★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato molto bene le prime 2 volte che ci sono andato (su appuntamento) per la revisione dello scooter; accolto cordialmente ed educatamente da un signore di una certa età. Mi sono dovuto ricredere quest'ultima volta; accolto, dopo attesa nonostante l'appuntamento, da un ragazzo giovane, abbastanza indisponente e tutt'altro che gentile. Non parliamo dei commenti che ha fatto per il mio libretto di circolazione solamente perché, causa pioggia, era sgualcito (cit. "Bella achifezza"). Lo scooter l'ho dovuto togliere dalla pedana da solo dopo che l'addetto di cui sopra si era comodamente seduto nel suo box senza dirmi che aveva concluso....ho dovuto cercarlo e chiederglielo..forse la prossima volta, se ci tornerò, la revisione me la farà fare da solo. Peccato mi ero trovato bene finora.
I was very happy the first 2 times that I went there (by appointment) for the review of the scooter; welcomed cordially and politely by a gentleman of a certain age. I had to change my mind this last time; welcomed, after waiting despite the appointment, by a young boy, quite annoying and anything but kind. Let's not talk about the comments he made for my vehicle registration document only because, due to the rain, it was crumpled (cit. "Bella achifezza"). I had to remove the scooter from the platform by myself after the aforementioned employee had sat comfortably in his garage without telling me that he had concluded .... I had to look for it and ask him ... maybe next time, if I come back , the review will make me do it myself. Too bad I was happy so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio. Ho bucato a 200 mt dalla officina, hanno gonfiato la ruota e portato la macchina all'interno, riparato il buco (chiodo!), 10€. Trovandomi ho fatto anche la revisione, sono uscito in 20 min, e mi hanno offerto pure un buon caffè. Professionalità e cortesia rare.
Excellent service. I punctured 200 meters from the workshop, they inflated the wheel and brought the car inside, repaired the hole (nail!), 10 €. When I was there, I also did the review, I went out in 20 minutes, and they even offered me a good coffee. Rare professionalism and courtesy.
