H	HY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to be scammed go right ahead and book with pioneer. Truly a waste of money dealing with this company. Promised an English speaking, walking, guided tour throughout Vatican City w/ multiple site seeing, but we only went to 2 places. Supposed to be a 2hr tour, but It took an hour for the tour to even really begin. I wish they were open when my tour was completed so I could have some words with whoever is in charge.
J	Jose L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATERS.... They will tell you all sorts of lie to make you buy tickets. They will sell you wrong tickets and you can't go inside attractions. And when you go back for refund, they will run away closing the office and if you try to call them, they doesn't pick up. I bought tickets for colosseum and hop-on bus tickets from them. They told buses will be available for every 15 mins and will reach colosseum in 10 mins. It took 1 hour in bus (no traffic jam excuse.. it is as per schedule/time chart inside bus) because of this we could not reach there as per allocated time slot.. and they refused to give refund telling I did not reach there on time. I went in hop-on bus as per their suggestion and they sold tickets for that too. Also, they said hop-on bus will be till 8pm. But last bus is at 5 pm. So they cheated in hop-on bus tickets too..

L	Luke Osiris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought tickets to go to Vatican city without a tour at noon and were told to come back for our entry at 1:50. We showed up early and waited with others that were scheduled for the same time. We waited with them for over twenty minutes, well past the time they told us we would be going in. Then they finally had someone lead us to another office where they told us to wait. The man that led us there disappeared and we were left waiting for well over an hour. When we went in to complain, the man that led us there told us it was the groups fault for not asking earlier, even though we had tried and they had told us to wait! They also told us we couldn't leave because we were missing 4 people from our time slot. We got no explanation of what actually happened, and they finally just told us to go get a refund. Didn't get to go into the Vatican at all because of the time wasted waiting on them. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of your time. They seem to only prioritize those that are going on the tour. Can't recommend with a clear conscious if you don't want a tour.
L	Lionel A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hold-up in Rome! This is how we can describe this agency that offers guided tours of the Vatican museums. Their risk is close to zero because dissatisfied customers are tourists who will not complain. Their method: solicit tourists to offer guided tours of the Vatican Museums. Why not if the price of 56 euros per visit is justified, but no way! The entrance to the museum costs 17€ and the added value of the queue cutter is not justified by the 39€ surcharge that Pionner asks! Moreover the visits do not leave on time but with 45 minutes of delay, with groups exceeding 40 people and only one guide (external to Pionner Tour) who does not have adequate audio equipment for the visit. Finally, we notice that some customers have received from Pionner Tour tickets already used during the day and are being harassed by the museum's security services... as if by chance, nobody from Pionner Tour is there to help and the poor guide has to solve the problems with the museum's administration alone. Conclusion: we left the group and did this visit alone which cost us 3 times more for NOTHING. So, a good advice, if you are approached in the street by a huckster who wants to sell you PIONNER TOUR services, run away! These people do not respect their commitments, nor the safety of the group!
