★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect from the ease of booking to our amazing tour guide - Federica. We met our tour group at a charming little neighborhood café where a cappuccino or espresso and a cornetto awaited us (included in the price of the tour). We then embarked before the crowds to St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museum and finally the Sistine Chapel. Federica was so knowledgeable and you could tell she truly loves what she does. She gave us so much insider information and had such an extensive art history and archaeological background. She really made the tour something special! I would highly recommend!

Great communication from the moment of booking through end of tour, prompt replies to questions, awesome tour guides, and an easy experience from start to finish. We used them for multiple tours in Florence and Rome. Will be recommending then to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had a wonderful experience on the Vatican and Sistine Chapel tour with Elaine. We have four kids (10 through three). We were a little concerned about whether their attention would hold. Elaine did a great job of including them in her story telling and explanations, but also speaking to the other adults in the group. She was very entertaining and knowledgeable. The kids learned a lot and so did my husband and I, who are both history majors. It was wonderful having someone on hand who could answer questions about every thing you saw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Vatican museum, St. Peter basilica morning tour and our guide, Manuela “mama”was an excellent tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her job. I don’t usually do tour groups, but our tour was a small group tour (12 people) which made it feel more personal and had “human touch”. I would highly recommend this company and Manuela for a tour guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What A Life Tours was outstanding. From the excellent communication with Joseph upon booking, to the wonderful tour by Manuela - every step of the way was perfect. Manuela was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Rome and included such great historical and archaeological elements that really enhanced the tour. And she was so personable and warm we all enjoyed our time with her. Joseph and Manuela even went out of their way to make sure we all could make the tour when one in our party forgot the Greenpass. 100% recommended What A Life Tours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t think of seeing the Vatican any other way! Skip the line tickets are meaningless when you still have to wait forever to go through security. With the early morning tour, you will breeze right through- no line, because no one else is there! Anna was an amazing, engaging, and knowledgeable guide. I can’t stress how valuable this tour is if you don’t want to spend half your day waiting in a huge line. It was like we had the whole place to ourselves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Manuela was knowledgeable and gave our group of two adults and 3 teenagers a really good tour of the Colosseum. Elaine gave us an exciting tour of the Vatican. Both were passionate and obviously loved their subjects. Would definitely recommend Whatalife tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our experience with What A Life Tours once again! We toured with them 3 years ago, and had such a lovely experience, we came back for more. We did the early morning Vatican, Catacombs & Crypts, and Evening Stroll tours. The guides are fantastic and added so much context to the sites/art! It’s also an incredibly efficient way to see Rome if you’re short on time. Wouldn’t do it any other way!
