Foi maravilhoso... estava com medo no inicio de ir para um País tão longe e diferente do Brasil, mas o Emerson e sua equipe foram maravilhosos.. Beijos.. nos vemos ano que vem ... Customer service 1,000. I didn't feel any difficulty even though I didn't know Italian. It was wonderful ... I was scared at first to go to a country so far and different from Brazil, but Emerson and his team were wonderful .. Kisses .. see you next year ...

Terrible. I hired the transfer services from the hotel to the Airport and sent a car that did not fit the bags. Summary. I had to spend it twice with a taxi.

Solicitamos a esta empresa un traslado del aeropuerto a Roma y cuando llegamos al aeropuerto no había nadie esperándonos (como pone en la descripción del servicio). Llegaron 40 minutos tarde y perdimos el tour que teníamos reservado.En vez del Mercedes clase E o similar que ponen en la descripción del servicio llegaron con un coche viejo. NOS TIMARON! NO RECOMIENDO A ESTA EMPRESA! They are incompetent. We asked this company for a transfer from the airport to Rome and when we arrived at the airport there was no one waiting for us (as it says in the description of the service). They arrived 40 minutes late and we lost the tour we had booked. Instead of the Mercedes E class or similar that they put in the description of the service they arrived with an old car. US TIMED! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Il primo doveva acquistare un volo, è andato in agenzia, avrebbero dovuto fargli un preventivo e invece non gli è l'hanno fatto ed ha comperato il volo altrove (è una persona che viaggia spesso e non ha problemi di soldi, pertanto hanno perso un buon cliente). Il secondo è venuto con la moglie dall'estero e gli ho consigliato di fare il tour con loro, quando gli ho chiesto se si fosse trovato bene o meno mi ha risposto che non gli era piaciuto perché la guida era stata frettolosa. Quando tornerò a Roma sicuramente li ricontatterò. All very nice and working, quality and professional staff. I did some unforgettable tours in Rome.
