Ho comprato 3 shot di nicotina al 18 e un aroma concentrato e il tutto mi è costato ben 19 euro, prezzo sicuramente non sostenibile nel tempo.
Non dico che devono svendere tutto ma sono stato in negozi in cui i prezzi sono molto piu ragionevoli.
Detto questo, il posto è carino e lo staff è simpatico.
 In my opinion, the prices are a bit high.
I bought 3 shots of nicotine at 18 and a concentrated aroma and it all cost me 19 euros, a price that is certainly not sustainable over time.
I'm not saying they have to sell off everything but I've been to shops where the prices are much more reasonable.
That said, the place is nice and the staff are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi e competenti questi due ragazzi, io francamente i prezzi per i pezzi di ricambio li ho trovati nella norma se non più bassi della media dei negozi fisici (se ti serve qualcosa subito è il negozio top della zona) , per il resto è normale che per liquidi e aromi convenga di più il web.
These two guys are very talented and competent, I frankly found the prices for spare parts to be normal if not lower than the average of physical stores (if you need something immediately it is the top store in the area), otherwise it is normal that the web is more convenient for liquids and aromas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual in Rome no price in the shop so better asking for the prices before you buy anything. I was charged 50€ for 30ml of dinner lady lemon tart, 5 cubis resistance and a plastic drip tip... The same would have cost about 30€ in another shop

Arrived there and the staff was just chatting with some chick/gf (not a customer, but not a staff either), I stand in front of him for awhile until he asks me what I need. I ask him for recoiling and he said to go to the other desk. No one there... weird... he keeps just talking to the chick/gf the whole time while ignoring me. I had to ask again what is going on because I don’t understand. Then he said he can’t do any coiling while he is alone in the shop and that the other staff would come at 4 (in about 3 hours from that time). Shockingly, he just turns back to speak with the chick and keeps coiling his own device. Can you believe that? Luckily I found a nice shop very close by, who did the coiling for 2 euros and they were really nice and helpful. Go there instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. I was looking for new flavors while visiting Rome. The guy let me taste a lit if local flavors and I found something I like. The prices are a bit pricey, but this is Rome. I also noticed they have huge variety of flavors and equipment.
