★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't usually do tours, but being the Long lines at the Vatican, we decided to do this. I'm not sure about other languages, but for English, we got an excellent guide who not only spoke great English, but was extremely knowledgeable and versatile in comparing American, European and Eastern culture and artifacts to Roman explorations and art collections. A couple things to beaware. Since the Vacitan has something like 40k visitors each day, it is very very easy to loose your group and guide. And so we did. 1st time around, we found him. 2nd time, not just us, but about 4 families lost the guy. It was after the Sistine chapel going to the Basilica, we were all scattered and lost. For some reason our tour guide said he can not come in there as he is not allowed, thought other company tour guides were accompanying thier groups. It was a downhill experience from there, as we had to find our way out and walked passed the museum, back to the chapel convincing the guards to let us through. My suggestion, if they try upselling you the Basilica skip-the-line, dont pay more. It's like €20/p and they dont even accompany you in there at the end. At least our guide didn't. That said, great experience. The artifacts in the Vatican will defenately WOW you. Regardless what background you come from, what religion you practice or what country you come from, the art will drop your jaw!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was late to start a tour with them. No one answered the phone (always voice mail) and no one also answered my emails.
Totally not responsive. Never book in advance a tour, if you have a problem and cannot join they will never refund, you simply loose your money.

Not only he knows perfectly his job and the history of Rome but he can speak smartly about other countries Like France and some one in Asia (my wife is Singaporean!); really very knowledgeable! On top of that , very patient, speaks slowly and takes time to explain many interesting subjects! Bravo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took Vatican Museum tour with Christina. She was the best guide and although seating was limited took every opportunity to cater to my needs as I had a cut on my foot and was using a cane to put less pressure on it. She is very knowledgeable and made the tour fun.
