★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was a rip-off. Here is how it works for them: they charge you 35 euros, then they make groups of 30-40 people and take you to the museum. Then they buy the tickets for 17 euros and give it to you! That's it! Skip the line is just a lie. You don't wait outside of the musuem, but wait twice more inside for them to give you the ticket. Worst museum experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, we bough tickets, but unfortunately we couldn’t get on time, they don’t have policy for returning the money nor changing the entry time, which is unbelievable in 2022. The staff is very rude and they only shout at you. Advice! Go and buy tickets directly from the Vatican, it is the cheapest and easiest way!
Don’t get scammed by “priority entry”, there is nothing like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. They weren’t clear that our group wouldn’t have time to see the basilica or Sistine Chapel until nearly an hour into the tour. Others in our group were also upset that their listing was deceiving. Our tour guide spent 20 minutes just explaining the model of the Vatican or how Christ was painted with bright colors because it shows purity, etc. Just wasted time with details and bad jokes. We eventually had to abandon our tour group and basically run to see the chapel and basilica. We had to skip right past the museum which looked incredible. You’d be better off buying your own individual ticket and going alone, you’d have a better chance seeing most of the museum, basilica, and chapel this way. Only one way to describe this place: SCAM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought “Skip the line” tickets for the Vatican. My tickets were at 10.30AM but we got early there and by 10AM we were inside the building. Everything went smoothly, nobody tried to try to convince us of buying the extra tour and we didn’t have to wait a queue to go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I don’t recommend. They charged us 31 EUR per person for Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Tickets. You can buy the same ticket for 17 EUR in the museum. They were 1 hour late. Guests were complaining and their answer was:”it’s not our problem”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this experience. Booked through Headout and was not aware Tours About ran these experiences. Based on the reviews I would not have booked.
We started an hour late and were rushed the entire time. Parts of the museum/Vatican we're even closing as we went through the tour. Tours should not be able to be booked at 3, if they don't intend to start at three. We paid for three hours and got MAYBE half of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing and quite frankly very confusing. We arrived at the required time, but had to wait an hour and a half before continuing to the Vatican. In hindsight, this seems to be a common theme if you look at the Google reviews.
We paid a premium to benefit from a queue jump. The time we spent waiting to be taken to the Vatican was much longer than any queue that we would supposedly 'jump'. Once we finally arrived at the Vatican, we ended up waiting for the Tours About representative to queue and collect our tickets - hence the confusion - where was the queue jump?
We paid just over 60 euros for a queue jump which didn't exist and two tickets which would have cost 34 euros had we gone through the official Vatican website.
All in all, this experience started dreadfully, which is very disappointing. No one wants to feel as though they have been played when they're on holiday.
With all this said, we really hope to get a refund/compensation of some kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour guide Maria was fantastic - so knowledgeable and passionate.
The experience with the company was very poor. We bought tickets online for an unguided tour with entry at 1:30pm for €31 each. We followed the instructions in the email to go to the meeting point 20mins early. We arrived around 1pm and were told we wouldn’t enjoy the tour at all and it wouldn’t be good if we didn’t go with a guided group. The man convinced us to pay another €50 and to go with the guided group at 2:00pm. When 2pm came, we asked what time the tour would be starting at, they said 2:30pm. By the time we actually got our tickets and headsets and got through the security doors, it was 3:00pm. Maria was a great tour guide and we were very glad we had her expertise throughout the experience but the company had no sense of time management. There were 12 people in the tour and 8 people had to leave early and miss out as they had other plans that didn’t account for this tour starting over 1 hour late.
