★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agent kept handling new walkin customers while i was trying to topup or replace a sim i bought in london. She was not very helpful... In the end i did not get more data and she wasted nearly 30 minutes of my nice afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a SIM card here for 30 Euro, and we were told it would work for 30 days with unlimited calling in Italy and 30GB of data. After 16 days, having used maybe 10 minutes of calls and 10GB of data, we found that we needed to put more money in. Finding any information in English about what happened turned out to be impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get a SIM card. The guy speaks English. Passport needed. 25€ for the first month, 20GB in Italy with 5GB that works in all EU countries (Monaco excluded). Next month is 15€. The coverage is great, WIND had better coverage the TIM or Vodafone which my friends had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, very poor customer service. The female assistant kept answering personal calls while I was asking her about the product. When I wanted to buy a SIM card she said they had run out and she would not help me find another Windtre store that was open, instead she just laughed and said I should walk an hour to get to another store but it was my business to phone them & find out if they had a SIM card. Seriously???
