★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è gentile e disponibile però purtroppo mi sono trovato malissimo con uno dei loro prodotti, ho comprato un proteggi schermo per iPhone 11 (34 euro e rotti) che sicuramente è molto resistente ma ha una visibilità pessima (soprattutto sotto la luce del sole), si sporca subito (trattamento oleofobico pessimo), in più attaccato un po' maluccio. Insomma mi dispiace dirlo ma per me è stata una delusione e tornerò ai vecchi proteggi schermo comprati online.
The staff is kind and helpful but unfortunately I found myself very bad with one of their products, I bought a screen protector for iPhone 11 (34 euros and broken) which is certainly very resistant but has a very bad visibility (especially in sunlight) , gets dirty immediately (very bad oleophobic treatment), in addition attacked a bit 'maluccio. In short, I'm sorry to say but for me it was a disappointment and I'll go back to the old screen protectors bought online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of (over-priced) earpods with an "international warranty" as specified by the salesperson in Roma.
Back home in Dublin, I have been calling them for the last 2 weeks as the right earpod is faulty and is already not working while still under warranty...
Nobody is answering my calls nor my voicemail, very frustrating. I finally spoke to a lady this morning (who refused to give me her name), she was supposed to call me back with a solution but, of course, I haven't heard anything...
Avoid unless you can go back there in case of issues.
