Ci dobbiamo accontentare del servizio on line....per quello che è possibile!
 Central, with large spaces ..... but now it is increasingly difficult to have an adequate service in the premises of banks!
We must be satisfied with the online service .... for what is possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To resume, I've been in more than 20 countries for different reasons and I've never seen a WORST SERVICE than this, lack of professionalism, of information, of order, unpolite and deceiving, the lack of compromise of employees (I know this is Italy where employees don't served in the public sector but this is a financial institution.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I had a terrible experience at this Bank. I went to arrange a bank transfer, staff at reception were very polite etc and after waiting 1 hour. my number was called. The man at the No 1 desk was so rude to me, I was so nervous. Transfer was done and I left, shaking, mentioning to the nice young woman at the reception desk, how rude this man had been.
I do speak and understand some Italian and love being in Italy. I have not had this experience before, though been told about it by many others.
This type of person should not be employed in a position dealing with public.
I have been a client of this Bank for 20 plus years, will remain so but will not want to visit this branch again.
