My b/f's iPhone top right button seemed to be jammed, and we couldn't get a screen, though it seemed to be working in the background (you could call it, it would ring, but there was no screen to answer it--just a black mirror). They fixed it on the spot and didn't even charge their work (Maybe because it was just an easy fix for them). Simply amazing. 5+++++ Stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone was suddenly stuck in a restarting loop and there was no way for us to fix it. Clinica Iphone spent two hours and two computers to get it restarted and the price was exactly what they quoted. They were friendly and helpful and it saved the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling in Rome and dropped my phone. It was easy to walk in for a screen replacement. Very nice and helpful customer service, who replaced my screen in 40 minutes. A few days later while traveling in Tuscany, my screen stopped working, so we rushed back to the shop before leaving Italy and made it as they were closing. The staff stayed open, listened to the issue, and stayed late to replace the screen for free, honoring its warranty no questions asked. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on holiday in Rome, needed access to my Apple Account to download some important Rome tourism-friendly apps but forgot password for Apple ID as well as the number connected to it, which was lost ages ago.
The lady in less than ten minutes managed to retrieve some useful information to enter a new password.
I had tried that myself with no success for the last 4 months but finally found some useful help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I urgently needed help with my i-phone which had several problems, one of which was the battery dying quickly. Being a traveller, and having one's green-pass on one's phone, this was a major problem. It was my last day in Rome and this place really was everything that I needed. The staff was extremely patient, professional, helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend!
