Si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili, gentili e professionali. Le riparazioni sono effettuare a regola d'arte e i preventivi chiari. Se avete problemi al vostro telefono o PC affidatevi a loro, e non ai "negozietti" in zona gestiti da Cinesi che per esperienza personale per una semplice diagnosi vi distruggono il telefono facendo finta di niente... Ho obiettato che forse era solo.la batteria ma niente solita prassi... Non potevo ovviamente, essendo in smartworking Sono andata accanto e in 10 min mi ha confermato che era batteria, che togliendola funzionava a corrente, e ordinata nuova. R	Ric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio mi ha dato l’impressione di offrire elevati standard di riparazione, tuttavia sono rimasto parecchio deluso in relazione al mio caso in cui richiedevo un preventivo per un cardine rotto dello schermo del mio laptop. Deluso perché ho scoperto in maniera autonoma leggendo le clausole del contrattino che bisogna firmare in questi casi (e che normalmente nessuno legge) che avrei dovuto pagare 10 euro in caso di non accettazione dello stesso. Poi il tecnico del negozio mi ha spiegato che non sarei stato tenuto a pagare i 10 euro nel caso in cui il preventivo non fosse risultato conveniente rispetto al prezzo per il componente nuovo, ma non era il mio caso, e comunque me l’ha spiegato solamente dopo la mia richiesta di chiarimenti. Sono certo che è stata una dimenticanza omettere di dirlo, ma ci sono rimasto male e ho deciso di non procedere più col preventivo. È ovvio che non tutte le clausole di questi contrattini necessitano di essere spiegate, ma quelle commerciali che comportano un esborso, pur se minimo, sarebbe opportuno fossero spiegate con estrema trasparenza. When I had a problem with the repair they fixed it at no extra charge and even went out of the way to find the part I needed before I left Rome(and in the rain to less!!) And they were all VERY nice to deal with. Very happy with the service!
