Alcuni giorni fa la titolare ha impedito il cambio di un vestitino acquistato 10 giorni prima per il mio secondo figlio, neonato. Capo mai indossato perché piccolo. Non sono riuscito ad ottenere un buono ma soltanto il cambio con un vestito per bambino di 3 mesi scelto dalla dipendente. Vergogna! Non vedrete mai più me, la mia famiglia, i miei amici e tutti coloro ai quali racconterò ciò che è accaduto.
Customer since the birth of my first child, we have turned to Nadia several times also for gifts and various occasions. A few days ago the owner prevented the change of a dress purchased 10 days earlier for my second child, a newborn. Garment never worn because it is small. I was unable to get a voucher but only a change for a 3-month-old baby dress chosen by the employee. Shame! You will never see me, my family, my friends and anyone to whom I tell what happened again.
