★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had part of a charging cord that broke off in the phone. Took it here and the person behind the counter grabbed a tool and had the obstruction removed in 20 seconds. He didn’t charge us anything. It was awesome because we were facing the possibility of not having the phone for the rest of the trip, so we were desperate and the help was invaluable. Awesome customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best customer service experience I can remember having in Rome, by very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend the Clinica IPhone at Piazza San Silvestro and will return there again for service or to buy a refurbished phone. I visited to get my iPhone SE(>5 years old) repaired, and even though a repair was not possible without having the problem very likely recurr, the technician at the store provided a workaround so my phone is back to being functional. And she did not charge me as she did not replace anything. And provided great advice on what to do for similar problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Clinic iPhone Roma Centro without an appointment to get a broken screen fixed. Met Emelia who was friendly, honest and a very happy person. She knows her iPhones. My screen was not cracked it was the protective cover and I would not have believed her unless she showed me.
Great service with a smile and I immediately had confidence in her technical ability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady from the iphone clinic was so helpful and kind, definitely recommend the service, the best you can ask for! I went there because my iphone stopped out of nothing and I couldn't switch it on anymore. She did the backup for me, repaired everything and managed to save my whole data from the phone. In addition, she spoke very fluently in English so I did not have any troubles to explain my issue with the phone. If you encounter any problems with your iphone, don't hesitate to go there, it will be taken care of by the extraordinary customer service!
