★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio cellulare è cascato, lo schermo si è rotto completamente. Sono andata in panico volevo rifarmelo subito. Uguale al mio vecchio. Sono andata su Wind presso la via del Corso, mi hanno detto che non avevano questo modello.
Ho riprovato con il negozio solo a via del Tritone. Ho chiesto espressamente il modello uguale al mio. Ma mi hanno portato all'inganno dandomi un altro modello. Io mi sento raggirato dal ragazzo, che se non sbaglio ha un ruolo di supervisione del negozio.
My cell phone dropped, the screen broke completely. I panicked I wanted to do it again right away. Same as my old man. I went to Wind at Via del Corso, they told me they didn't have this model.
I tried again with the shop only in via del Tritone. I specifically asked for the same model as mine. But they tricked me into giving me another model. I feel duped by the boy, who if I'm not mistaken has a supervisory role in the shop.

Sono stata in questo centro windtre perchè avevo difficoltà a disattivare un servizio. Nonostante avessi sottoscritto l'offerta e acquistato il cel presso un altro negozio, il titolare di questo centro è stato molto gentile e paziente nel risolvere la mia problematica. A differenza di altri centri wind da cui ho ricevuto solo scortesia e disservizio qui si lavora con molta serietà. Tornerò sicuramente. D'ora in poi il mio punto di riferimento wind tre su Roma!

I went to this windtre center because I was having difficulty deactivating a service. Although I signed up for the offer and bought the cel at another store, the owner of this center was very kind and patient in solving my problem. Unlike other wind centers from which I have received only rudeness and disservice, here we work very seriously. I will definitely be back. From now on my wind three point of reference in Rome!
