β β β β β Shockingly rude and condescending female store attendant. Mumbled in Italian when I asked for a different size/design even though I tried my upmost best to be polite and courteous. Felt often as if shoes were thrown at me as she sneered from a standing position while I did my laces.
When asking for information about leather and stitching, she was defensive and condescending in her explanation as if I was a peasant trying to purchase shoes beyond my means and understanding.
Horrible experience.
