M	Mariella Sinceri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una scarpa bianca con la parte dorata dietro la sera alle 17 e 30 ... ho indossato la scarpa solo per farla vedere a una mia parente che abita nel mio stesso palazzo al 2 piano e poi non è stata più messa...la scarpa si è rigata nella parte dorata e il giorno dopo allo stesso orario l'abbiamo riportata in negozio visto che ci aspettavamo un minimo di garanzia per una scarpa di 400 euro (premessa: in passato mi hanno cambiato una scarpa Nike dopo un mese dall'acquisto) . Ad ogni modo c'era una ragazza bionda a dire il poco scortese che ha insinuato che la scarpa era stata indossata comunque al di fuori di casa , inoltre ha prima detto che mel'avrebbe potuta quasi sicuramente cambiare e poi non più.....Abbiamo ovviamente aperto la pratica e l'abbiamo mandata in azienda per verificare se vi era stato un difetto di produzione e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere..Inutile dirvi che dopo la bellezza di 20 giorni sono stata io a dover chiamare per avere informazione riguardo la MIA scarpa....sono andata oggi a riprenderla e in negozio vi era una ragazza gentilissima che mi ha tranquillizzata e servito nel modo migliore possibile (l'unica cosa positiva di questa terribile esperienza). Come conclusione la scarpa non è stata cambiata ed è rimasta quella........sono veramente rimasta sconvolta da questa cosa perché una scarpa che ha come costo una cifra di 400 euro non può non avere un minimo di garanzia... We purchased a white shoe with the part golden back in the evening at 5.30 pm ... I wore the shoe only to show it to a relative of mine who lives in my same building on the 2nd floor and then it was no longer worn ... the shoe got streaked in the golden part and the next day at the same time we brought it back to the store since we expected a minimum guarantee for a shoe of 400 euros (premise: in the past they changed a Nike shoe after a month from the purchase). Anyway there was a blonde girl who said the unkind who insinuated that the shoe had been worn outside the house anyway, also she first said that she could almost certainly change it and then not anymore .... We obviously opened the file and sent it to the company to check if there had been a production defect and they told me they would let me know ... Needless to say, after the beauty of 20 days it was I who had to call to get information about MY shoe .... I went today to get it back and in the shop there was a very kind girl who calmed me down and served me in the best possible way (the only positive thing about this terrible experience). As a conclusion, the shoe has not been changed and it has remained the same ........ I was really shocked by this thing because a shoe that costs 400 euros cannot fail to have a minimum guarantee ...
R	Renato Podo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato delle scarpe da loro,dopo una settimana che le ho utilizzate si sono aperte ed ho notato che c’era una specie di polvere verde dentro la scarpa.Le ho riportate indietro subito dopo(piu o meno 5 mesi fa). Solo oggi si sono degnati di farmi sapere che non è un problema di fabbricazione. Per quello che costano le scarpe mi viene un forte dubbio che non si tratti di prodotti originali. Specifico che ne posseggo delle altre mcqueen acquistate altrove e che mi trovo benissimo. Purchased shoes from them, after a week that I used them they opened and I noticed that there was a kind of green powder inside the shoe. I brought them back immediately after (more or less 5 months ago). Only today have they deigned to let me know that it is not a manufacturing problem. For what the shoes cost, I have a strong doubt that these are not original products. I specify that I have other mcqueen purchased elsewhere and that I am very happy.

Evitate gli acquisti e pensate ad altri brand piu' seri e con qualita' allineata ai costi del prodotto.Sconsigliatissimo Don't buy supersnackers; how they are defined; shoes of poor quality and with a non-existent after-sales service that does not respond. Avoid purchases and think of other more serious brands with quality aligned with the costs of the product.
M	Mely88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più!!scarpa difettosa e servizio pessimo, dopo quello che mi è successo non acquisterò mai più nulla di questa marca e per di più in questo punto vendita!! Mi sono state regalate un paio di scarpe alexander mc queen a natale dopo neanche un mese(premesso che non è il primo paio di scarpe che ho di questo brand) messe forse 3 volte, mi si è rovinata la parte dietro colorata e tolta quasi completamente la scritta del brand! Dopo averle riportate al negozio me le hanno mandate al servizio tecnico(che si prende almeno 2 settimane per valutare il danno, neanche fossero degli apparecchi elettronici)per poi rispondermi che le scarpe non le cambiavano e non mi hanno dato neanche l opzione di sistemarle perché per loro non si possono sistemare. QUINDII??? ME LE DEVO TENERE COSI!!!!!! Detto ciò pensateci bene prima di comprare perché se poi si rovinano comunque ve le dovete tenere!!!!!naturalmente con il servizio tecnico non è possibile mettersi in contatto perché non ti danno i recapiti. Detto ciò avete perso dei clienti, penso poco vi interessi per come li trattate. Never again !! defective shoe and bad service, after what happened to me I will never buy anything of this brand again and moreover in this store !! I was given a pair of alexander mc queen shoes for christmas after less than a month (assuming it is not the first pair of shoes I have of this brand) put on maybe 3 times, the colored back part was ruined and almost completely removed the brand name! After taking them back to the shop they sent them to the technical service (which takes at least 2 weeks to assess the damage, even if they were electronic devices) and then replied that the shoes did not change them and they did not even give me the option to fix them because for them they cannot be fixed. SO THE??? I HAVE TO KEEP THEM SO !!!!!! Having said that, think carefully before buying because if they are ruined anyway you have to keep them !!!!! Of course with the technical service it is not possible to get in touch because they do not give you the contact details. Having said that you have lost customers, I think you don't care much for how you treat them.

Non è il primo paio di scarpe McQueen che acquisto e ad una scarpa palesemente scollata davanti ancora in garanzia mi hanno risposto che non potevano aggiustarla NEMMENO a pagamento, in quanto notevolmente rovinate (in allegato foto) Assurdo!! Non immaginavo nemmeno che 450 euro di scarpe erano incollate e non cucite ma detto ciò mi sembra incredibile che l'azienda non includa nella garanzia eventuali aggiustature a pagamento! Continuerete a perdere clienti! THEY WOULD DESERVE ZERO STARS! It is not the first pair of McQueen shoes that I buy and to a clearly low-cut front shoe still under warranty they replied that they could NOT fix it EVEN for a fee, as it is considerably damaged (attached photo) Absurd !! I did not even imagine that 450 euros of shoes were glued and not sewn but having said that it seems incredible to me that the company does not include any paid adjustments in the guarantee! You will continue to lose customers!
