Today, I had the luck to visit all Rome’s Louis Vuitton’s as I was looking for a specific bag I really loved and got awful service in other two. When I got in the store, this is the busiest Louis Vuitton store I saw, with so many customers actually buying. And they are displaying some rare/favorite styles on shelves for customers to see unlike the other 2 just tucking them away and pretend as if I should pay them extra for selling them to me. The intern was really helpful, not judging like the other 2 stores and understood quickly what I was looking for as it had ran out and made good recommendations - recommendations that I want not leopards or fur which are clearly way over my age and made me slightly uncomfortable and have to constantly defend myself or bags I already had if they just pulled up my profile in system. Though, I didn’t find the one I was looking for, I really like the girl, despite already bought 3 bags and other stuff on the trip, I still got a nice bag and a pouch for myself. Thanks for helping!

I just went in to purchase an item at the LV store. The Asian couple who came after me was helped first, even though I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, I was ignored and told not to touch anything and wait. It's amazing how judgemental luxury brand sales people are. I'd never step foot in there again! Shockingly the Asian couple didn't buy a thing

Very bad staff attitude with clients, not acceptable in a luxury shop like LV. I am a regular client of LV in UAE and service there is perfect, but in Rome's boutique the customer service is disaster, they don't give attention to you, they keep talking to each other while customers are waiting, they are very nose up instead of welcoming you ( and I was there not to make them loose "precious" time, but to pick up a bag i already paid from my online order)

I had a list of items to purchase on my last day in Rome, and one of the ones is the key pouch monogram. The sale person turned me down because i could not present my passport. I told the sale person I just purchased a Dior bag like 2 second ago with scanned image of my passport from my phone, and she still refused to sale the key pouch to me with a reason "each store has it's own rule. they are unable to accept the scanned image of the passport". Here is what I don't understand, the Global Blue accepted "scanned copy of your passport", yet the store doesn't follows. Anyways, I walked out in less than 5 minutes and is the ONLY store during my Italy trip that refused to accept a scanned image of my passport. I do not recommend to shop at Louis Vuitton Rome Rinascente via Tritone.

Wanted a some purses on my last day and I walked into this store. I don’t often give bad reviews or leave criticism but the service I received was truly the polar opposite of other places. When I had asked someone for help, the woman gave me a judgmental look and walked away. Another staff helped when she saw me looking at the display and had help me complete my purchase. However, she wasn’t as informative or kind as I’m used to in an LV store. When I asked questions, her replies were cold. After purchasing, she gave me the bag without a box. I thought it was quite odd since my purses were in their own box. I don’t expect the service to be over the top but I did expect at least common respect in a luxury store. I was a bit upset after leaving but I received my items safely. I honestly wonder if I received this type of treatment because I am Asian. I would not recommend this store if you’re POC and hoping for respectful service!
