Entro nel negozio e il titolare continua a parlare al telefono senza farmi nemmeno un cenno. Aspetto un po' ma nulla, continua. Dopo un po' trovo una scarpa da provare ma non c'è il numero giusto, quindi finita la telefonata chiedo se avessero quello che cercavo (una scarpa a tacco largo, perché i sampietrini di Roma sono belli ma col tacco a spillo anche mortali), mi dice che "la tendenza" è un'altra. Poi mi mostra una scarpa e dico, evidentemente a titolo del tutto personale che era brutta... E in tutta risposta si permette di farmi osservazione e risponde "non piace a lei casomai, non si deve permettere di dire che è brutta". Ha ragione. A ME NON PIACE. ne la scarpa, ne il suo modo di trattare i clienti.

I enter the shop and the owner continues to talk on the phone without even beckoning to me. I wait a little but nothing, continues. After a while I find a shoe to try but there is not the right number, so once the phone call is over I ask if they had what I was looking for (a shoe with a wide heel, because Rome's cobblestones are beautiful but with stiletto heels, even deadly) , tells me that "the trend" is another. Then she shows me a shoe and I say, evidently by way of a totally personal one that she was ugly ... And in response she allows herself to make me look and responds "she does not like it in case, she must not be allowed to say that she is ugly". He's right. I DO NOT LIKE IT. neither the shoe, nor its way of treating customers.
