Friendly and helpful staff, it's a shame for the first time as I asked for a custom shirt but they didn't have the player's number. For the rest very assorted!

La giacchina mi è arrivata già macchiata, con un alone giallo come sfondo sotto una macchia rossa. Dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti chiedendo l'invio di un capo n uovo o di un parziale rimborso, la risposta è stata la seguente: "Verificando meglio, il reparto competente ci conferma che la macchia è lieve e può essere lavata con smacchiatore uso domestico." Spero a questo punto che la Lazio possa cambiare sponsor tecnico quanto prima. Il servizio al cliente ad oggi è tutto, incredibile che ci sia tanta sufficienza in qualcosa di così primario.
I am writing here as I do not know where else. I ordered a Lazio jacket from the Macron online store to give to my niece. The jacket came to me already stained, with a yellow halo as a background under a red spot. After contacting customer service asking for a new item to be sent or for a partial refund, the response was as follows: "By checking better, the competent department confirms that the stain is light and can be washed with a household stain remover. . " I hope at this point that Lazio can change their technical sponsor as soon as possible. Customer service today is everything, it is incredible that there is so much enough in something so primary.
