Ho avuto un problema con un capo acquistato da loro l’anno scorso e nonostante l’interruzione dei rapporti con il fornitore, di cui non sono più rivenditori, la sig.ra Banchetti si è prodigata in mio favore con una caparbietà che merita davvero un encomio. È un negozio che mantiene vivo lo spirito del commercio di altri tempi, quello del rapporto diretto con la proprietà e del rispetto vero per il consumatore. Qualità che le grandi catene e l’on line non avranno mai. A corollario, perché meno importante nella mia scala di valori, aggiungo che la selezione dei capi è accuratissima; si possono acquistare capi belli quasi ovunque oggi, ma queste realtà storiche vanno premiate perché offrono un servizio che raramente riceviamo altrove.
 The added value of Banchetti is the seriousness and priceless assistance provided to the customer. I had a problem with a garment purchased from them last year and despite the interruption of relations with the supplier, of which they are no longer resellers, Mrs. Banchetti has done her utmost in my favor with a stubbornness that truly deserves a praise. It is a shop that keeps alive the spirit of the trade of yesteryear, that of the direct relationship with the owners and true respect for the consumer. Quality that large chains and online stores will never have. As a corollary, because it is less important in my scale of values, I add that the selection of the garments is very accurate; you can buy beautiful garments almost everywhere today, but these historical realities must be rewarded because they offer a service that we rarely receive elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is quite cool. I love the display of the store. They offer many brands relating winter outerwear like Canada Goose, Canadiens, Wiolrich and many more including Save the Duck.
I visited the store to explore Save the Duck but they don’t have the models I saw on the website ?
Anyway, overall it is a nice winter jacket shop for sure ??
