t	tiziano scialanca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente mia moglie ha comprato un paio di scarpe dal valore di 200euro tornata per un cambio fatto con una scarpa dal valore superiore con differenza di credito ma un numero più grande e ritornata a ricambiare con il suo numero esatto..la responsabile ci ha risposto che non cambiava più dopo il 1cambio e dicendo anche che potevamo tornare con il presidente del consiglio Conte anche se ci eravamo accertati di poter cambiare con la Federconsumatori Lazio. Andremo avanti per vie legali.non andateci commesse poco competenti. Ho comprato delle scarpe con mia figlia due giorni fa ( Sabato). Domenica,cioè il giorno dopo, ci siamo presentate e ci hanno detto che durante il weekend non effettuano cambi. Oggi (lunedì) mia figlia è tornata per cambiare la taglia, questa volta le signorine sostenevano che le scarpe fossero sporche, senza mai essere state indossate, e successivamente hanno cambiato la scusa dicendo che non si potessero prendere delle scarpe da 189€ con uno scontrino da 209€...( Quando per diritto i consumatori in questo caso dovrebbero avere un buono). Un gentile ricordo alle signorine che oltre alla qualità e all’assortimento delle scarpe bisogna avere educazione e rispetto per ogni tipo di cliente, a prescindere dall’apparenza. Poi dici che una compra oonline Mi devo tenere un paio di scarpe che mia figlia non ha indossato se non per provarle SONO PESSIME non andate classiche commesse seche compri sono gentiil se cambi neanche ti filano I don't want to buy in this shop !! buy a pair of baby shoes just the time to try them at home when I brought them back to change them they stuck to the folds where the foot actually bends the saleswoman did not want to change them because according to her they were worn !! Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes on a voulu rentrer acheter une paire de chaussures pour ma fille, la vendeuse n’a laissé entrer que 2 personnes et les autres n’ont même pas pu rester devant l’entrée pour voir les modèles. Je comprend qu’il y a des restrictions à cause du Covid mais la boutique peut accueillir 8 personnes et on était que 4. On n’a rien acheté. On ira à Paris je pense qu’on sera mieux accueilli. I have never seen such a welcome. We are a family of 4 and we wanted to go home to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter, the saleswoman only allowed 2 people in and the others couldn't even stay in front of the entrance to see the models. I understand there are restrictions because of the Covid but the shop can accommodate 8 people and there were only 4. We didn't buy anything. We will go to Paris I think we will be better received.

Staff was very unpleasant, refused to write me written notice and were explaining that in Italy nobody returns money, while other shops do it without any problem.
