★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a sprained foot I was touring Romw om crutches. Had agreed with the wife that we stuck to shopping in shops that would allow me to sit down.
There were no chairs, so sat down on tje steps, which i assumed would be ok, since none of the staff passing me in over 20 minutes mentioned anything
Then, after my wife had found enough clothes and walked into the dressing roooms so i could not get hold of her, thats when it was suddenly not ok for me to sit down any more. Got told to go find the stores only chair near the cashier.
So humped over there on my crutches, but it was taken by a man waiting on his wife. So i had to stand on my injured foot for 15 min til he finally left, no staff felt like mentioning to him to let the guy on crutches use the only seat.
Its ok a store got nowhere you can sit, then you cam pass that store. But letting you sit for long enough that its really too late to leave the store, then force a visible injured man on crutches up, and not bother to follow up if he can use a seat or now, thats just horrinly bad customer service, and if it had not been for my wife pleading for me to just buy the clothes and leave, i would have the store as soon as my wife was out of the dressing room
As it stands now, i can just conclude that Mango in Rome got horribly bad customer service, are not handicap friendly (at least if you are on crutches), and its the last time i shop in a Mango store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Literally mocking customers that were trying out something and barely answering questions. Was told "do whatever you want" when asking if a fitting room was free. Clothes are ok, mostly cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection of clothes here was fine and it was pretty much exactly what you would expect, but I can only give four stars because they have a sign that shows there is a second floor and it is literally a 10‘ x 10‘ room with a few extra pieces of clothing. You only have to walk up like three stairs to get to it and it just doesn’t make any sense why they would try to call that a second story
