R	Rebecca Tedeschini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio! Mi rifornisco da loro da agosto per comodità e non sono mai stati puntuali con gli ordini delle mie lenti a contatto. Ho chiesto di poter utilizzare la carta giovani che offre il 30% su ció che acquisto e mi è stato negato l’utilizzo, prima mi è stato detto che ricevevo già uno sconto di 10€ perchè lavoravo in un negozio vicino, quando ho detto di non lavorare più lì ed ho chiesto quindi se potevano applicarmi lo sconto sul prezzo pieno mi è stato comunicato che ricevevo già uno sconto di 40€ (non so in base cosa). Non ho mai ricevuto neanche 1€ di sconto da parte loro e mi sembra assurdo richiedere un servizio che VOI offrite ma per il quale siete troppi tirchi. Ho giá comunicato che hanno perso una cliente prima ancora questa storia dello sconto, la gentilezza è solo una facciata!

Ho acquistato e aggiustato presso di loro più di un paio di occhiali e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto anche per eventuali "revisioni" post vendita per d'anni dovuti a mi sbadataggine. It was only a couple years ago I had a thorough exam in the U.S. by a board certified opthamologist and was prescribed progressive glasses. I was never quite satisfied with the progressives and wore them only at night while driving. Fast forward to VisionOptika Gambero. Following my examination by Antonio I was given a new progressive prescription and chose new glasses and lenses with the help of Cristien. I don’t know the difference between the technology here and the U.S. but the difference in the results is astonishing. I can see better now than anytime in the past ten years. The progressive contacts allow me to both read my phone and see reasonably far and the lenses in my glasses are superb!
