Per fortuna anche prezzi al di sotto delle altre farmacie del centro, chi l'avrebbe mai detto? la consiglio alle neo mamme

β β β β β Personale di una antipatia mai vista. Ho fatto lΓ¬ la terza dose con tanto di attesa per un problema, secondo loro. Non ho sentito in nessun momento una parola di scusa per il disagio che Γ¨ il minimo dell'educazione. Poi il vaccino viene somministrato in una stanzetta piΓΉ piccola di uno sgabuzzino, che uno manco si puΓ² togliere il cappotto senza colpire il farmacista con il gomito. Un disastro.

Non vi denuncio sebbene per il lavoro che svolgo mi verrebbe molto facile

FarΓ² in modo che Tutti sappiano del vostro atteggiamento disdicevole e che persone siete .Non mi dilungo oltre.
Le nostre Famiglie tutte tra Prati e Parioli venivano da voi da generazioni .Faremo in modo non accada piΓΉ.
Comunque sia noi la pec per vaccino effettuato l'abbiamo giΓ inoltrata senza problemi.
Voi invece sicuramente perderete una bella fetta di clienti perbene.

β β β β β One star is devastating. It was a very unpleasant experience and I recommend you never go. My mother was been there alone and felt very embarrased and depressed because of the rude emplyees. She bought the wrong goods. So she tried to exchange it for something else what she really want, but they did not refund the difference of price. Even though it was a clearly new product that was not used. I felt that I was discriminated against because she was a foreigner who could not speak the language well. They are not more than salesman for benefit.

β β β β β The service of the antigen Test was excellent, very effective and friendly team. I just feel sorry for the employees writing everything by hand as we were in Ancient Roma . Please buy them basic IT equipment, Iβm sure your Pharmacy can afford it and will definitely streamline the service.
